I saw a few questions maybe I can answer.**1st- this controller is not fully customizable as far as the mods are concerned. That being said, the mods that are preset are all you'd really need. The quickscope function, increase in fire rate etc- it's all laid out perfectly. You CAN increase fire rate, and you CAN turn a semi-auto into auto.**2nd- this controllers mods DO work on COD, all but the auto-aim function are geared towards multi-player gaming (auto-aim being geared towards the campaign).**3rd- although I can not speak for anyone else, I, myself, DID receive a very cut and dry set of instructions with my controller, that if followed step by step, work flawlessly.**4th- the Xbox series 2 elite has its own issues (sub-par thumbstick pieces within). This has nothing to do with the modded controllers seller, and when my right stick had an issue, they sent me a first class label for shipping and had it back to me within a few days good as new at no charge. Their customer service is amazing. I've never had a company go through the extra steps of trying to contact me (we had a few discrepancies in regards to communication, at no fault of either party) like they did. Bottom line, the product is exactly as described, and the company goes above and beyond to address any issues that may arise should you actually take a minute to contact them.Best of luck, - Mike
