I returned the product because it didn't fit. No where did it say there would be a 33% restocking fee. I would never have bought this item had I known that was the case. Beware of misleading return policy.simple plug and play. Worked greatI went to 3 different RV parts departments and none of them could even find this thing in their computors. Went home and looked on Amazon and there it was. Its the same as the one I had in my motorhome, I would give 5 stars if the old one didn't go bad.
