Just got this and spend most of the night with it. It's a legitimately great controller. Works right out of the box, was really easy to connect to my switch, and most importantly, it doesn't hurt my hands. I did find the buttons a little bit stiff, but I think they will loosen up with time. The controller is just a little bit too big for my grip, so I think most people will probably love it. Usually when people complain about a controller being too small, I feel like it fits me just right.
