Let me start at the beginning, It came in a large box so it was sliding around during shipment with not even enough bubble wrap to stop it... It works good though, and it is fast enough, but the appearance is not as good. it had debris in the keys which I cleaned out myself, the normal dirt you would get in the keyboard when in use. it did have scratches on the back but the front looked pretty good the pain is worn on a few of the keys. I bought this as a started computer for a 10 year old so I will make it work and put it in a case. Over all after trying it out it works pretty good though it was just not as good looking as I expected.This laptop works perfectly and was such a great price!I need it for several things, which it works!Says 2 Gz of cpu but usually runs at under 1. Really really slow with every action. Not sure if it's a refurbishing issue or what. The exterior is great and the screen is clean. These DO NOT HAVE TOUCHSCREEN. For those who think they will, you will be disappointed. Otherwise it's usable for what I need to do. Runs Google docs well enough. Keys are a bit sticky and laggy. Memory is bad too. And only 16 gigs of storage. Thats atrocious. Definitely not worth the full 300 dollar price tagValue for moneyIt took a reset to make it work. Overall tho, it's fine.I was going to return it but my kid loves it. It wasn't expensive. It performs well but I'm tired of Amazon not screening for inaccurate listings on computer devices. Its not a touchscreen. It has a touchpad like any Chromebook. Jaded advertising is the same as false advertising...
