I was very happy to see this package deal, the price was right and shipping time looked reasonable, so I placed the order. The 1st issue was a fraud Alert with my bank. Once this issue was cleared up and I authorized the payment. The began The shipping nightmare, wrong tracking/missing tracking numbers/ tracking numbers for other people. No One could find my Packages, Imagine the anxiety as my bank originally stopped the payment due to a fraud Alert. The shipping was way past its due date, I thought I got ripped off and was starting the process of getting a refund, even had the Amazon A2Z team start a investigation into where my packages where. Finely just like magic the day My refund was to be approved and sent back to my bank, my packages where found and delivered. Now for the Product, I was truly amazed at how well built everything was, considering the money I paid for it. The wind turbine casing I expected to be some cheep plastic, and was very pleased to see it was made from metal. Everything about was very Heavy Duty. The Solar Panels appeared to be also constructed very well, however I was upset that such a complete kit didn't come with any hardware to mount the panels. The Panels in low light where still putting out full power, and the cables appeared to be made well, but how they weather is still yet to be determined. All in All if they can get the shipping right I would recommend this product to anyone thinking about starting out with Off Grid Power. Very Simple set up, instructions where understandable. I'm giving a 5 star due out standing service by the Amazon tech and the Company who replied back every time we reach out to them.. And the Quality was better then I expected. Again the only real issue was shipping.
